

Heat a pan over medium flame and toast the almonds slightly; stir continuously to avoid
burning them.
Transfer them to a bowl when done.
In another bowl, combine cocoa powder, cinnamon, and salt, and whisk properly.
Heat honey and vanilla extract in a pan or microwave for 10 seconds and pour it over
the almonds.
Mix well using a spatula until all almonds have a sticky appearance.
Lastly, add the dry ingredients to the bowl and toss them to coat the almonds with
cocoa.
Delicious cocoa dusted almonds are ready to be devoured!
